I've been thinking about the relationship of Mastodin in the #Indieweb, and what's the best approach I can take with my content. And I think I got it all wrong.

I shall use Mastodon as another Silo and keep my content on my own @Indieweb domain as I should. Then, all I have to do is create a Mastodon account and POSSE there.

Previously I considered adding Activitypub endpoints to my engine, and read through the spec to find out the amount of work needed, when the goal was not to turn my site in an ActivityPub fediverse node, but to keep this being my indieweb site, and syndicate to the Fediverse while leveraging Brid.gy to sync likes and replies.
